Warm swiss chard salad

Warm Swiss chard salad is a traditional dish with its roots in the home cooking of many Latin American countries, especially in regions where chard is a common crop. This dish is characterized by its simple preparation and freshness, combining the tenderness of the chard with the warm, aromatic touch of oil and garlic. In Latin America, chard is also known as "common chard" and goes by different names depending on the country; for example, in Mexico it is simply called "chard," while in countries like Argentina and Chile it is commonly referred to as "Swiss chard," emphasizing its variety.
