Pickle salad

Pickle Salad is a traditional recipe highly valued in various regions, especially in Latin America, where it can be found with variations and different names depending on the country. For example, in Mexico and Central America it is usually known as "Encurtidos" or "Pickles in Vinegar," while in countries like Argentina or Uruguay it is commonly called "Pickle Salad in Vinegar." This dish dates back to the European influence in the preparation of pickles, adapting with local ingredients and specific flavors that highlight the freshness of the pickles and other crunchy vegetables. Its origin is linked to the preservation method using vinegar and salt, which allows these preparations to be enjoyed for a longer time, providing a tangy and refreshing flavor that perfectly accompanies meats, breads, or as a complement to daily meals.
