Ken's hamburgers

Hamburgers are an icon of popular cuisine in many countries around the world. Their origin dates back to the city of Hamburg, Germany, where a ground meat preparation became popular and was later adopted and adapted in the United States, giving rise to the modern version we know today. In Latin America, although the concept is similar, there are variants and names that reflect the cultural diversity of the region. For example, in Mexico they are commonly known as "hamburguesas," in Argentina and Chile they also go by the same name, while in Colombia they are sometimes called "perros calientes" when served with various toppings and bread. In other countries of the region, you can find versions with local ingredients and seasonings that add a unique flavor to this very popular dish.

Hamburgers are not only a symbol of fast food and flavor, but also a space for culinary creativity, allowing for the incorporation of diverse ingredients and adapting to local tastes and traditions. The recipe we present below is a special version called Ken's Hamburgers, which incorporates a touch of barbecue sauce and dehydrated onion, ideal for enjoying a delicious and unique flavor.
