How to Make Creamy Meatball Soup

Ingredients: Lean ground beef, milk, salt, pepper, eggs, flour, parsley, fine breadcrumbs, salad oil, water, tomato juice, beef bouillon cubes, onions, carrots, celery, potatoes, rice, sugar, bay leaves, marjoram, and Mexicorn.

Steps:

Meatballs: To make the meatballs, combine all ingredients except the oil.

Mix well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Form balls the size of walnuts with the mixture.

Heat the oil and lightly brown the balls until golden on the outside.

Creamy soup: In an 8-10 quart pot, bring all ingredients except the mixed corn to a boil.
