Corn, onion, and corn rolls

Corn, onion, and corn rolls are a delicious and easy-to-make recipe that has won over the taste buds of many families in Latin America. Their origin dates back to the culinary traditions of the southern United States and Mexico, where corn is a fundamental ingredient in daily cuisine. In different Latin American countries, this dish may have various names, such as "corn rolls" in Mexico or "savory piononos" in some South American countries, although the base with corn and onion is common in many traditional cuisines.
