Ingredients: Chinese cabbage, pineapple, fresh parsley, carrot, red onion, mayonnaise, pineapple juice, whole grain mustard, ginger, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.

In a large resealable bag, combine cabbage, parsley, pineapple, grated carrot, and thinly sliced red onion.

Seal and refrigerate.

Combine mayonnaise, whole grain mustard, ginger, pineapple juice, and salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Cover and refrigerate.

Just before serving, pour the dressing into the mixture in the resealable bag and mix to coat.
