How to Prepare Chinese Boiled Chicken with Scallions Chow Yow Gai
Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
When the water is boiling, place the cleaned whole chicken inside.
When the water stops boiling, remove the chicken.
Cover the pot and when the water returns to a boil, place the chicken back into the pot.
Cover the pot and turn off the heat.
Leave the chicken in the pot and the pot on the burner.
After one hour, the chicken will be ready.
