How to Prepare Basic Hamburgers

Ingredients: Beef, onion, water, salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, horseradish, mustard, scallions, blue cheese, sesame seeds, ripe olives, dill pickles, pickle relish, walnuts.

Mix all the ingredients together.

Shape the mixture into 6 patties, each about 2 cm thick.

Grill or cook the patties 10 cm from the heat, turning once, until the desired doneness is reached, 10 to 15 minutes.

Delicious served on toasted buns with your favorite toppings.
