Chocolate and amaretto brownies

Brownies are a classic pastry that originated in the United States in the late 19th century. Their name comes from the English word "brown," which refers to their characteristic dark color. Throughout Latin America, this delicious dessert goes by different names depending on the country; in Mexico and Colombia they are known as brownies, in Argentina and Chile as well, while in other countries they are sometimes called "little chocolate cakes" or simply "chocolate cake." This recipe has evolved over time and has been adapted to various tastes by incorporating ingredients such as nuts, fruits, or liqueurs, as in this version with amaretto which adds a unique and sophisticated flavor.
