How to make Cheddar-only fluffy cake

Ingredients: Eggs, Flour, Milk, Cheddar Cheese, Salt, Butter.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Place the butter in a 15 by 20 cm (6x8 inch) baking dish and put it in the oven to melt while you mix the rest of the ingredients.

Add the milk to the eggs and whisk with a whisk, then add the flour and salt.

Whisk the mixture until smooth and add the cheese.

Pour into the hot dish after the butter has melted and bake for 20 minutes.
